I differ here. He told Sukku that she came to talk to him only when she thought his friendships with others were more. After that she again stopped. But earlier he himself said that they haven;t been talking since 3 years. They've worked together in PKYEK. And never got along. Even in the first week when DIandra told him she was very sweet and to not judge or have pre conceived notions about her, he still nominated her, and the reason was old. That they didn't get along since before. So his comment to her was out of line. Especially when he himself has said that they haven't been talking.

And as for the Robert Downey Jr comment, he could have told her to stop nicely.

That's where people are getting judgemental with Sukirti. If we are always ready to give Gautam the benefit of doubt here, why can't we give Sukirti that ? TBH, it never seemed like she went upto Gautam, with that comment with an intent to start a fight. She had commented on a joke ( which could've been a situational response, keeping the situation in mind, perhaps unintentionally or even intentionally, we don't know) which was already being laughed about in the kitchen. It's completely justified if her having a laugh along or her participation through means of a remark irked him. But he could've instantly asked her to politely stay away & to her face. Sukirti would've been more than tongue tied than to get back at him.

In turn, he goes to the sink & gets back with a taunt, that she never gave him at much attention or importance, when he was a huge success apparently, 3 years ago & is suddenly coming to him now. On top of which, he called her fake, which was out of nowhere & within no context. I agree Gautam has been ill treated & is being given a lot of support offline, by fans in return. But that doesn't mean, every action of his can be deemed right, as well.

Exactly. I haven't been a Sukirta fan before. Neither am I a fan as such now. I am just giving my 2 cents based on what I see and my logic and thinking. I have seen her in DMG and liked her there but that's it. But here, he came as a breath of fresh air. To me atleast. And I totally agree with whatever you said. She herself said that if he thought it was a problem, say it there in front of everyone where she made the comment, in a joking way. Why go behind her to the counter and whisper it to her as a taunt?

And I agree with it being a situational response. It could have been a reflex or something. Which we all do.
