Yes, Mirchi can harm.

See, i haven't seen episode so wont comment much. but boys shave and after shave their skin gets rash, so if u put mirchi on dat it will burn. So it is possible.

Many men gets itchy sensation with ater shave too. So his problem may be genuine. But the way he behaved that was totally uncalled of.
