Actually she wants to protect abhi’s name before she goes out . If it wasn’t for gapton all mugen’s fault would have gone unnoticed. I’m glad Gapton came and gave new dimension to this problem. Abhi didn’t realize her fault till kamal said that comment . She was broken inside . After vani entry she looks better .

Actually cheran complained to MV to make sure vanitha is acting like gapton . That is the time she became permanent gapton . There was discussion about kitchen cleaning . She complained to cheran and he in turn complained to MV telling him she is not gapton anymore

That was done to put a big ice for gapton . She couldn’t control her perumai when cheran and abhi pugalified her . That was one funny moment

I disagree again her point was that in mugen-abhi relationship both are equally at fault not just abhi alone . Every time abhi opened her mouth all the boys were ready to argue against her . But the same boys when mugen got angry against Meera told abhi to calm mugen . She wanted an empathy from tharshan she abhi doesn’t go out with bad name . I appreciate Gapton for this approach . This will give graceful exit for abhi
