We can say, KV even then was getting more votes than RD

During Voot period ,emails were allowed so in jiocinema thar option is removed.

Voting seems to be Rigged.Rajat should actually do RTI since he has be unfairly moved to third place..also he has nothing to loss even if going against channel..

as u said, infinite votes were allowed with multiple email ids, now not.. thats the difference

Those who are questioning KV's win should first answer these questions:-

1) How did Manveer won against Bani?

2) How did Sid shukla won against Asim or shehnaaz who had more insta followers?

That is because quality matters over quantity.

Rajat winning would sent a wrong message with such horrendous past. Viv didn't do much to win. KV's win has brought back neutral audiences like me to bigg boss again after some worst youtubers win in past seasons like munawar, elvish, stan. So I am happy that a worthy TV celeb won.
