I think that it's other way around lol.Vd and kv don't dislike each other it seems to be forced thing.Even avi and kv rivalry was forced in which Avinash was more into it kv was never serious about.So after Farah episode Avinash got an idea that kv is popular outside so he is being cordial with kv.

KV is cordial with AV because crack in bond with VD but AV is smart(but he was over smart from last two weeks) he has taken risk to changed the tune because his rivalry with him is not working as he planned or thought it.
