KV is being spoonfed heavily, no doubt about it but it's after constant bashing on wkws. Funny how he is still fumbling aur makers isko ghaseet ke agey laa rahe hain. Itna pump Chahat ya DV ko dedo toh atleast they'll get results . But it's deliberate, KV ko favour karna hota toh itna in-your-face type nahi karte. Now the other team fans will get riled up coz otherwise toh unke favs hi unko as such mauka nahi de rahe .
This whole "Vivian isn't being favoured" is just recency bias on fan's part.
Vivian ki favoring alag tarah se hoti hai day 1 se. Iske bhi faltu scenes dikhate the pehle, like his gyan bazi 
Isko bhi as TG clips dikhaye the contestants ke to pump him up. He also had one-on-one sessions with BB before he jumped to Avinash's group as per Avinash himself, wo kabhi air nahi hua unlike KV's counselling.
This guy created a big issue trying to stop Chahat from going to the washroom. No one cared. Ye kaam KV ne kia hota toh 4 weeks tak topic strech hota. Shrutika wale issue mein bhi isko hero bana dia tha wkw pe and Shrutika was berated.
He gets powers for legit doing nothing. Jab KV-RD ke time result nahi aya toh Vivian got to be TG again. Arfeen ke time jab TG task mein tie hua tha tab toh aisa kuch favor nahi mila Arfeen ko.
He is celebrated by the makers almost every WKW despite doing nothing.
KV ko toh jalanveer, nanadveer, kone mein discuss karte ho sab bol dia gaya tha successive WKWs mein when he was doing nothing. Itni bashing iski hoti toh ab tak deewar fand gaya hota
Aur Ladla wala nonsense nahi chahiye toh he shouldn't keep on harping about how the channel listens to his every whim n fancy, brag to contestants how they are standing in his office etc etc. Can't have your cake and eat it too.
TLDR : Mandli redux hai bas aur kuch nahi. For weeks he has done nothing in the game, just b*tches along with his group and is obsessed k KV task nahi jeetna chahiye. Sideline nahi hua hai, makers ne favors thode kam kar diye hain bas, iss pro-KV wkw ke baad the focus will be back on him.
