“Bigg Boss 18: Alice Kaushik Shocks Viewers with Bold Confession—"If Karanveer Mehra Dies, Blame Me!"
Bigg Boss Season 18 has recently picked up momentum, showcasing a dynamic mix of alliances and conflicts.
One of the participants, Alice Kaushik, is often seen hovering around her friends, Avinash Mishra and Eisha Singh. There have been multiple instances of misunderstandings and reconciliations among the three.
Assigned as the ration manager of the house, Avinash set conditions for distributing basic food items, requiring everyone to plead before him. In response, fellow participant Karanveer Mehra asked either Alice or Eisha to mediate with Avinash. However, both Alice and Eisha viewed Karanveer’s request as inappropriate.
In a notable incident, participant Chahat Pandey, denied food by Avinash, responded by throwing water on him. Avinash retaliated in front of the housemates by claiming that Chahat has romantic feelings for him and wants to see him shirtless, which was viewed as a form of character assassination against her. Alice and Eisha’s hypocrisy was on display as they laughed at Avinash’s demeaning comments rather than supporting Chahat, a fellow female participant.
On another occasion, Alice confided in Karanveer about a supposed marriage proposal from her friend, Kanwar Dhillon. After the episode aired, Kanwar clarified on social media and in interviews that he had not actually proposed but had simply expressed a general desire to marry someone like her in about five years.
This revelation was conveyed to Alice by the show’s host, Salman Khan, which left her upset and in tears. Alice has often played the victim card, whether about her family’s past or how she feels sidelined by Avinash and Eisha. She has expressed her frustration and, as a result, has tried to mingle with other house members.
In the recent “Weekend Ka Vaar” with Salman Khan, the contestants were given various tasks. During one of them, Alice labeled Chahat as “most unhygienic” and made public remarks about her bathroom habits, which many felt should have been addressed privately.
Another senior member, Vivian Dsena, who joined the group later, often remains silently supportive rather than speaking up. His hypocrisy was apparent when he himself admitted on camera that he sometimes forgets to flush.
During another task, Karanveer suggested Alice that she should take her friend Kanwar’s reaction positively, as his desire to marry someone like her could be seen as a compliment. Alice, however, scolded Karanveer instead, perhaps revealing another “victim card.”
Later that night, Alice stuns the viewers by telling Avinash and Eisha that she wanted to kill Karanveer, repeating, “I want to kill him… Murder him… got it?” She added, “If Karanveer dies, blame me… To hell with the world..”
Though such statements on national TV could potentially fall under criminal scrutiny, only legal experts can determine that.
Earlier, another contestant, Shilpa Shirodkar, requested basic food on medical grounds, explaining her need for medication. Avinash dismissed her request, stating that everyone had undergone medical tests before joining the show, and thus her plea was invalid.
Strikingly, he did not react to Alice’s violent comments with similar seriousness, instead laughing them off, despite her having been deemed mentally sound during her medical evaluation.
