In Bb ott, Sai'a gf Shivangi constantly denied and kept saying they are best friends until Sai met and then they revealed they are in relationship for last 3 years.
There is a possibility that Kanwar is telling the truth. His tone might be off but why should he lie if he didn't propose her?
There is always 2 sides. Kanwar also mentioned that when family and relatives hear about marriage they get heart attack. He is very protective of her but the personal things should have been kept out. Bigg boss always uses personal issues if they find any.
