They failed to keep it like that hence they suffered. I have been in this industry since a long time and I have seen many love stories starting on sets. Falling in love is never wrong but there needs to be a line.
But now, the same guy is siding with Abhishek after telling all these things. He even admitted before that Isha's allegations were partially true.
