Maybe, it's also because of his toxic and narcissist personality but his biggest problem is that he is only toxic with Ankita but fine with everyone else. That's so so weird. I mean, if we talk about Aishwarya, she is same with everyone else like she is with Neil but Vicky's behaviour is reserved with Ankita only. Everytime, she does something, he blames her only- though sometimes he is right but there is a way to do it.
Exactly, he's a red flag only during his interactions with his wife which doesn't help hos case at all. Ab sabke saath ek jaisa behaviour hota toh we could at least say ki it's not by choice but yaha pe it's clearly his choice to be disrespectful to only Ankita, the woman he married and is supposed to put before everyone else he's met on this game show. Ab Ankita has her flaws, plenty of them in fact but because he is such a bad husband, audience automatically feels bad for her and even if Vicky is right in the situation, banda galat ho jata hai. I don't think he'll change so at least control hi kar le apne pe toh bohot hai. How they are in the confines of their home is not any of our concerns toh waha pe flag bearer of toxicity ban jaye toh bhi chalega.
Aishwarya isn't manipulaive with her partner whereas Vicky is. He makes/wants Ankita to believe har baar uski hi galti hai. Aishwarya ka issue his her lack of anger management, she doesn't manipulate her partner at least not to advance in the game.
