Madali ka mamla

Everyone seems to think Sajid held the mandali...but seriously this is not the case. Just because he was the elder everyone gave him respect and catered to his nonsense. He was the kind who would throw tantrums and sulk as soon as someone disagreed with him. If Shiv wasnt by his side to placate everyone he degraded there wouldnt have been a mandali. Sajid showed no qualities of bringing people together in times of their personal crises be it Stan, Sumbul or Nimrit. If it wasnt for Shiv explaining to everyone they would have just withered away. In the true sense I feel Shiv kept them together helping everyone out thru their emotions and bad times. Sajid just unnecessarily got this khitab becoz of being elder. Even successful outcomes of fairly played tasks were becoz of Shiv. This guy either stayed out of tasks and let everyone do the work while feasting on ration, or he just stupidly obviously cheated against rules. In fact BB shud have called him out at those times for playing so badly and creating his own rules. Very glad this bully who used everyone in the house and plus degraded them is out.

The mandli was held together by both Sajid and Shiv. The rest of the mandli is filled with maha needy and insecure brats who constantly needed coddling from someone to manage their mood swings and desperation for attention😆

Now with Sajid gone, Shiv will take over the mandli more obviously....but they were essentially running it together to use the rest of the dumbass mandli for the numbers game in the house.

Myvresponse to this would be..could the mandali have existed without Sajid...I feel yes because he really didnt do anything to keep them together. Its all because of this age seniority and hos being a director who thy are all hoping to get work from. But his personality would have most definitely aliented everyone if not for Shiv always playing the peacemaker and trying to get people to understand Sajid's constant abrasive point of view. Could the mandali have existed without Shiv...I feel no as he is very good at maintaining relations and consciously kept everyone together. This strategy of having the weaklings load on for numbers gave them the protection and even was a good and strong strategy which Shiv led from the start.

The biggest reason for mandli existing is BB himself😆.....the amount of FAVORS and specially cancelled evictions whenever mandli waale were nominated, constantly removing non-mandli waale week after week.....THAT is the reason the mandli made it this far😆

But I get your point about how Sajid was a more obviously abrasive personality and Shiv played the pacifier whenever he alienated some of the loser brats 😆

imagine archana or pcc in sumbul's place, they wouldn't hv become sajjo's dasi n would hv left mandli long back

even at nim's place, these 2 would hv stood up in many matters where nim kept quite n mandli would hv left them

its about personalities....mandli remained together bcoz its made of weak personalities
