In your first ever reply, you spoke against caste based reservation and in 2nd you went on and on about how judiciary is faulty because there's an act to protect people who are ostracized and abused because of their caste.... Don't think you are fooling anyone here

If Vikas want to file a case against Archana, he can go to nearest police station and register his complaint against her, he is an Indian citizen and he has every right to get judicial help

But, He has to file a complaint because abusing one person is NOT a cognizable offence and court can't take suo moto cognizance of it

What Vikas did was a crime under "Prevention of atrocities act", which is a cognizable offence and someone has filed a complaint against him

When a case has been filed and you see that he is guilty as the video is there (unless you come up with justification for that too), I don't see the point of this whataboutery

If you still don't get the difference, then you can continue fighting for him....I am out

Dont give cognizable and non cognizable gyaan to me. I am very well aware of all those terms and laws.

Laws should protect the weak and abused. But Archana is neither here. Its misutilisation of dt law. Noone files a case when crimes are actually committed against protected classes. But since Archana is a known figure.......case was made in an instant. Thats the difference.

Fine I will accept dt I shouldnt hv brought up the quota system here. Thats one thing I will accept dt was wrong of me. It was out of context.

But rest everything I stand by it.

But how strange that censored words pe itni jaldi action hogya and reality me conditions are worse but no action is taken. He was wrong ! He should be punished I guess if he meant by caste because this type of thinking is wrong . But so was Archana too. She too should be punished . And sajid ...he too is accused and he remain in the worst attitude.

But yes Vikas is wrong here, I was said about him going but now after knowing full details I am not but Archana should get punishment too .
