If Ankit is her best friend then she should know him well and maybe have some trust in him and try to understand the context he might have said that in. Soundarya, who Ankit had that conversation with, was trying to explain it to her but I think Pari (from hell) was set on using this mudda to become the bechari dukhiyari and not listen to any explanation. With her conversations are only one way.. you have to sit quiet and listen to her and when the other person wants to talk, she would just disrespectfully shout them down.

To be honest i think both are right in their perspectives.

She is very emotionally attached with Ankit or probably even in love so him saying this about her definitely hurt her she is short tempered she gets angry easily but she probably would have calmed down if Sonda didn't interfere she even asked her to not interfere but Sonda likes to earn brownie points everywhere she acted like she was trying to defend Ankit and she was wrong.
