They are all probably jealous. It is quite clear that the two are being liked outside. Shiv cant bear the fact that Ankit was appreciated by Shekhar. Nimrit has always been against Priyanka and now that she has been at the top in Myglamm consistently, she doesnt know what to do. She is not even her main rival in the season and it bothers her.

Moreover, they are all alone with no real support. All their friendships are for the sake of not getting nominated and staying in majority. They bitch about each other and they know it. Still they have to pretend to be friends. Ankit se tou main issue yehi hai ke bolta nahi hai phir bhi tareef horahi hai. Shiv was quite jealous when Sajid favored Ankit and even said Actor hai na is liye.

Itni discussion tab hi ho sakti hai jab jealousy ho otherwise who would even care if they are dating or not.

Also, sajid twisted the whole conversation with Ankit and Priyanka. It was Ankit who said mein hi nahi chorta akeley and not the other way round.
