About calling Soundarya better than Tina, Shalin only called Soundarya better as a partner to Gautam, compared to how Tina is to him. That is true. Soundarya has been much more supportive to Gautam than Tina has ever been to Shalin.
Also how would Tina's image be tainted just by being in a relationship with Shalin? Love affairs are nothing new in Bigg Boss. It happens every season. Some couples end up getting married, others break-up after some time. Nobody's image got tainted because of it. Tina was definitely hinting towards Shalin's reputation as a wife beater, when she talked about her image getting tarnished by associating with him.
Shaleen can say anything. It's just for fun. But Tina can't. It's offensive. 🤣
