the stakes just aren't there this season for anything. captain banne ka koi faida nahi, task jeetne ka koi faida nahi. everything is about rooms and food. if people have nothing to lose or gain, why would they make an effort? they are getting everything and living with ease. i found gautam to be ridiculous yday when he was begging for the captaincy. if you wanna be captain, make a better effort. why should other people make you captain bc your parents are watching or bc you are scared to be eliminated. unka kya lena dena is baat se.

this bunch doesn't seem to have drive anyway but it's also bb's fault for not giving them decent tasks and being overly involved. like this season bb isn't even sending the chitthi for every task. khud hi samjha deta hai bol kar k ye karna hai. pehle to chitthi would come, people would read it over and over and try to make strategies and find loopholes.

& i think this bunch is too afraid of looking bad. image ki bohat fikar hai which was evident from shiv giving up captaincy for ration bc pri told him to and usko fikar thi k gharwale kya soche gey. i'm surprised he did that bc he has been on other reality shows, one of which is bb so he should know better

And they have an issue with everything. Barring the outright favouritism shown towards Nimmo, it's an issue if others do something or don't do something. Also, the double standards. Creating a love angle is a problem if Gautam-Sandy do it but is propelled forward if Shalin-Tina do it. It's a problem if Sumbul develops feelings for Shalin but it's also a problem if Ankit doesn't reciprocate to Pri's one-sided emotions. They expose certain contestants chugli's or game plans or thoughts completely and don't do it for some at all.

Aisa inka khud ka bana banaya narrative hi lekar chalna hain at all costs then make a damn tv show na, reality tv kyun chala rahe. God, I remember those days when confession room meant seriousness and business. Complete confidentiality, esp for nominations. Contestants used to play their major moves in there and kept their friends/foes guessing ke kisne kya kiya/bola.

They've ruined it soooo much ever since they started making their own/colors ke actors win by hook or by crook. Only those that manage to oppose the tide are given the second spot, like say, Asim.

You can actually feel Gautam's frustration. Imagine living with a guy like Shalin, who's acting 24x7. The entire ShaTiBul arc is fake AF. And then you are the one being called fake and bashed like hell for it in WKW.

Although, I'm beginning to think Sha's actually like that, you know....clownish? Sure, there are times where's he's put his actor/hero mode on completely but otherwise, all those things that he does that are plain dumb and hilarious can't really be an act. Because jiske head mein khud ko lekar Yashraj movie chal rahi ho, woh khud ko apni hi movie mein Rajpal Yadav type role toh nahi dega. 😆
