Complaint against Sajid on BB16 - Page 2

I honestly believe Sajid is guilty of the crimes he has been accused of.

If he wasn't, he wouldn't let four years of his life go to waste. A man with his power and money could easily have taken the women to court and fought over the authenticity of their claims however he didn't because he knows that'll only do him more harm. Being proven guilty of sexual harassment in a court can most definitely land him in jail or with a hefty fine, izzat jayegi so alag. His fear leads me to believe that he is indeed guilty.

To provide a man like him a platform to venture into the entertainment industry again is appalling to say the least. A channel that is such a staunch advocate of women's right and equality in its shows is now giving a predator a platform to revive his career.

I'm not sure if I feel like throwing up or my stomach just devours itself everytime I see Sajid being called sir and respected on screen.

Same goes for Shalin, he's a wife-beater. He shouldn't be given this chance to garner fame.

These women had all the time to prove his guilt; they didn’t.

1. Who was around when this happened? Is there an eye witness?

2. Was anything recorded on camera? Any CCTV footage?

3. If it happened in private, was it during the daytime or at night? Why did these women consent to meet up with him in private?

I’m not playing the devil’s advocate here. It’s just that both sides need to be heard. We are going by only one side of the story as of now. If he is guilty, he deserves public revulsion. If he isn’t, all that hatred is unwarranted. Courts go by facts and evidence. These must be produced in a timely manner.

As educated people, it is our tacit duty to analyze the situation based on facts and not hearsay.

You are right, so many women are lying and this one person who has many witnesses agaisnt him is the only truth speaker

Can you tell how such things can be proven? women should have taps recorders with them always in case they get abused?

India is one of the WORST countries when it comes to crimes against women and worst country to prosecute abusers. One of the unsafest for women. These are pure STATS

Yet we have this false disgusting narrative that there is an increase in false allegations

Not a SINGLE survey or study supports that false allegations are on the rise. Ever SINGLE study shows that in india crime against women is on rise and goes unpunished and powerful people like Sajid get away

Yet we have people lying and lying and lying about fasle allegations. Disgusting. And fact there are women themselves parroting these lies is even more sad. They are like the Uncle Toms of women (uncle toms were those black people who supported and protected white slavers)

With such lying disgusting mentality our future generation of women is going to be even more unsafe. As a father of a 5 year old girl, it scares me that we have such people in india even in 2022. It scares me that women themselves will call her a liar if she was ever attacked. That it will be she who is attacked and not believed despite being a victim. As long India is full of victim blaming people who ignore every single stat and repeat false narratives and agenda to protect abusers, it will continue to be the unsafest country for women. It is a deeply deeply sexist country and many of these sexist people are women themselves

Dude even indian courts have now banned questions like why did you meet someone alone because they know victim blaming doesnt absolve the crime

Its pathetic that in 2022 we have still have people who question why women are alone with someonw and who they go with because even courts have ruled such questions have no relevance

Being alone with someone is NOT consent to abuse. Consent can also be withdrawn anytime. Your oost is implying being alone with someone means they deserve to be abused. Pathetic

And imagine saying 10s of women are lying

I will point to just one single stat. Crime against women in india is increasing and stats show most go unpunished. No stats show there has been an increase in false allegations

The posts i see on this sub from so called educated people just makes me scared and despair for women in india. And many of these are from women themselves, what a slavish mentality
