Abdu invited Nimrit

From when did Abdu became close to Nimrit ? I thought Abdu’ obvious choice would be Shiv. Is there some planning which I didn’t understand??🤔

He gave this explanation to Priyanka that he was stressed and didn't know who to choose. I guess, he chose her because she was the captain and seemed an obvious choice over others to be fair. He is not only fond of Shiv. He also is very fond of Priyanka, Gautam, MC Stan too and equally loves them along with Shiv. So I guess he got confused because he didn't want to choose one of them so he went with the captain.
