I honestly feel bad for him yaar. She is not honest in this relationship. He doesn't even know the fullest extent to which Teja has gone against him.

I think he knows because he kept saying that jo tu ye doosre ke sath krti hai aaj tune wo mere sath hi kr dia that means he knew her game since the start, it's just he didn't know ki wo ye cheez ispar bhi kar degi. That's why I am confused why is he still with her after knowing all the shit that she has done to him to make him some toxic, misogynist bf and her as some victim.

I think he struggled with this realisation this week, that's why he stopped eating and became really emotionally weak. But somewhere he has already forgiven her for this thinking its her game and that's how she wants to play. He will play against her but he doesn't want to break his relationship with her also because he is emotionally invested now. He did a good job of keeping relationship and game separate this week. But he has to keep this balance till the finale because Teja will keep trying to emotionally blackmail him to pull him down.

Hmm that can be a reason but don't you think he should have called it off? Jis bandi ne NTV uski image ki dhajjiya uda di, how can he still be with her? Ye question mein daily poochti hu khud se🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ he has to understand that it takes to 2 people to make a relationship work, teja is just gonna use him till the finale to move further in the game.

That's the only reason, he is already emotionally invested so he will try his best to make it work. Of course if Teja keeps trying this nonsense manipulations and attention seeking behaviour after they are outside BB15 then he will eventually break it off.
