What is this whole TejRan and Rashmi Issue?

Karan is against Teja and siding with Rashmi. What is going on? What is that Teja said or do to trigger Rashmi and get Karan on her side against Teja?

Teja poked Rashmi by asking her 10 -15 times why you saved Karan n not me! What was the reason for tht. And then Rashmi made a statement tht you have a problem that I saved Karan ? Then Teja went to Nishant n Rakhi n told them abt it tht Rashmi thinks I have a problem she saved Karan. Karan had a problem with her asking so many times more so the problem was her going to tell Rakhi n Nishant n making a joke on Rashmi.
