From LF convo I'm glad Teja isn't blindly following whatever karan and umar r telling her and strongly putting her points too. Waise bhi nobody, including umar is her well wisher. And I think she's aware of it too. So she's absolutely right if she wants to continue being friends with Nishant, as she vibes well with him. So good for her.
