Vishal is loyal to whom he chooses to be loyal to. Be it Shamita or even Teja. To remind you, he did not forget that Teja sat with him for an hour when nobody was with him and remembers that as a BIG favor that Teja has done on him. I can see glimpses of loyalty in Vishal - be it towards Shamita or towards Teja. One cannot forget that Teja has done another act of favor / kindness towards Vishal by giving him the life jacket - thus saving him. So Vishal was ANYDAY a better investment for Teja, than Rajiv who just threw her under the bus at the press conference. The question is not about if Karan, Teja and Umar have to prove anything to Rajiv. Heck if they could prioritize a snake like Nishant and bring him to the VIP room when they felt that he could be on their side, then Rajiv won't be a problem for them to prioritize (IF Rajiv was trustworthy). Rajiv is clearly not as that got proven in the press conference. So making him a priority is not even a chance. The question is not 'if' they will make him a priority, the question is if Rajiv proved himself to be trustworthy, they could have.

Keep game aside, Rajiv is organically bonding with them and is more comfortable with them. They know that Rajiv can throw them under the bus when it comes to 'game' since his loyalties are with Shamita. Yet Umar offering to give him support if he ever feels bullied AND Rajiv feeling more comfortable and chilled with Karan's group - just goes on to show Karan's group in a great light! Also speaks volumes about Shamita, Pratik, Neha and group, but in a negative way!😆

Having fun with Karan & group is called 'chilling'. Chilling usually happens with folks you're comfortable with, you bond with and naturally are beginning to vibe with.

But when it comes to 'Game', you're right that Rajiv has done nothing to win or maintain the trust of Karan & group - so they won't prioritize him. If Shamita wasn't around, perhaps he would have naturally flocked to Karan & group for both game and chilling! Since we usually tend to discuss 'game' with those we chill and bond with.

I am surprised you're that naive to think that Teja will choose Rajiv over Vishal, after Rajiv just freshly threw her under the bus in the recent press conference. 😆 Your interpretation therefore is way off the charts. Funnily, your point about Karan using Rajiv as a 'pawn' makes no sense either, as everyone in Karan's team is aware that Rajiv cannot be trusted when it comes to Shamita. So Karan, Umar and Teja have nothing to gain with Rajiv. It is Karan, Umar and Teja's kindness to still treat Rajiv as a human as opposed to how Shamita, Pratik and gang treat Rajiv.😆 And it is Rajiv's fondness towards them, that he goes and sits with them more than he does with Shamita and gang.😆
