But clearly rajiv is lying as he did specifically go to teja, coz in the scene before this when crude jokes were being made on rajiv in the garden area by Nishant, pratik and some other HMs were present too, and all were laughing, teja was present too and she had objected to the crude jokes being made. But they continued with their jokes and rajiv left angrily and teja even applauded rajiv saying good rajiv (for showing anger and leaving, I guess). After that teja was eating alone and rajiv sat opposite her and told her about the whole shoving and all n how uncomfortable he felt. Teja was in fact shocked to hear what was happening and she supported rajiv wholeheartedly. So Rajiv actually did twist the whole thing, coz he got scared of Shamita.

Forget to add this. Teja handled the whole confession made by Rajiv very maturely and sensitively. She could have used such a sensitive issue to target pratik and make it into a big deal. We all know how in BB people literally make issues out of nothing. Here Teja had such a big issue, but she knows that it can destroy a person's ( here Pratik's) life and she handled it with a lot of sensitivity. I don't know if many of the HMs wouldn't have handled it as sensibly. I know for sure a couple of them who would have made it into a big mudda.

Forget about get appreciated for the way she handled the whole issue, but instead she's being portrayed as the one trying to get brownie points out of the issue. Glad at least audience at not buying it

But yes Rajiv's reaction sends a very wrong signal.

Infact what happened today at the Press conference with Teja and the way she handled every question coming her just as maturely, speaks volumes to me about Teja. I've never watched Teja's season of KKK, but I knew she had a huge fanbase from there too - now it is telling of the fact, that she's an amazing woman. Unafraid not just of tasks, but of bullying, being thrown under the bus and targetted as well.

I completely agree with you, that Teja handled it wiser than Shamita or anyone would have handled it. When the VIP members had to drown the dolls of HMs in the tasks last WKV - I simply admired how maturely Teja put across her point. She spoke as to why she thinks Pratik doesn't deserve to be in this house, but she also exercised restraint on how she cited her reason saying, 'I do not want to repeat some things again that were discussed about, but it is completely unacceptable and this is why I don't believe he deserves to stay.' I loved the restraint here! She knew it was a sensitive issue, handled it maturely and with grace.

Secondly, what is not considered being a victim for him can be for someone else who might go through it. People like him being a public figure normalizing such shit does not help the actual victims out there. If you cannot help, that's fine but do not make it worse by normalizing it.

Lastly, you go to any part of the world and ask any person if it is OKAY to joke around by stuffing some item in the backside of any person or making jokes like "Rajeev ko trophy do, uske backside me dalke do", etc etc. and the answer you will get is a NO. There are many laws and organizations who are working day and night to help ACTUAL victims who suffer due to this and normalizing such actions as fun is disgusting.

Any action that invades a person's personal boundaries resulting in making them uncomfortable is harassment, in case it's hard for you to understand, this is the Indian law against sexual harrasment:

Section 354 (A): A man committing any physical contact, advances involving unwelcome and explicit sexual overtures; or demanding or requesting sexual favours; or showing **** against the will of a woman; or making sexually coloured remarks, shall be guilty of the offence of sexual harassment. It entails a punishment of rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years.

Section 509: Uttering any word or making any gesture intended to insult the modesty of a woman and intrudes her privacy.

P.S: Before anyone comes at me with silly defenses like - "it says WOMAN, Rajeev is a MAN" or any BS like that. It does not matter if it is a woman or a man written in the law, men are just as vulnerable as women when it comes to harrasment. Gender does not matter, the actions being carried out does.

This is a public forum you and everyone has right to criticize but you can't call anyone sexual offender without any substance. If he is the offender where is the victim ? Even actual sexual harassers won't dare to commit such act in BB house .

I have no time to write essays but there is something called consent . A hug is also an act of sexual harassment if there is no consent . All those things u mentioned aren't crimes if there is mutual consent .

Here the guy in question has no problem with it but no we hate Pratik so he has to deal with it .

The issue is that the victim had previously stated that there was no consent from them. Pratik bullied him and crossed a line there.

Rajiv didn't make an issue out of it. He confided to Teja because earlier she had taken a stand for him.

Rajiv is scared as shit of Shamita that's why he is downplaying it as mai to khana khane jaa raha tha aur fir Maine Teja ko bol diya.

Honestly, if that is what you get for trying to save someone from bullying, I don't know what message this is.

Rajiv is completely okay with Pratik 'now'.

But, he didn't handle the issue well with the reporters.

The only thing he should have said was -

I am thankful to Teja for being there for me when I needed the most.

After the WKW, I have spoken to Pratik as well. He has apologised and we are now on good terms. I know he was being childish and insensitive. But we will work it out as he has realised his mistake.

That's it.
