Because asper fan following Shamita will not win but Umar can win as he has a huge fanbase, he even beat KK in many polls off late. Realizing what a massive threat Umar has become to KK's victory, makers sidelined him.

Kundra or Teja will win for sure, Umar was never in the winning race.
