I agree with your list.
Finally KK is coming back in his form. He needs to be less Diplomatic.
Teja is strong but she just needs to fight her own battle not others.
Umar is definitely the best one among all. While rest of HMs are diplomatic, he genuinely speaks what he feels whether it's for shammo, Pratik, simba, neha or teja. Even Neha accepted that Umar is genuine. He just needs to control his aggression otherwise he is doing good.

This is without any regard to the strength of fandoms/polling (prev/new etc). Won't waste time on ranking Simba/Jay who have no game and Pratik who should have been evicted on grounds of harassment due to the zero-tolerance policy on this issue. I decided I won't give specific ranks as no one stands out enough for me to differentiate themselves that much in these three groupings for me.
Bottom Two - Shamita and Neha
Hard to choose who is lower on any given day
Shamita - Privileged, entitled and totally delusional about herself. Her relationships and POVs are all about me and myself. The worst part is how this shows up with her own - be it Rajiv / Bapat
Neha - Extremely manipulative that believes she is sorted. Vile/toxic whose game is pre-decided before coming but really the only purpose of coming to show is her love for Pratik where also she does not know if she is coming or going
Middle of the pack - Rajiv/Nishant/Vishal
Rajiv - Has a good heart and is entertaining. Yes, he does not understand the game fully and that's ok. I think there is room in the show for someone more genuine than others and does not carry grudges day today. I don't see him top 3 simply because of this
Nishant - Good gamer, made good equations in the show again and obviously landed in VIP room.don't see him overcoming the top 3 but good effort and game
Vishal - Game repeatedly exposed. put down by BB but still made it to VIP room. He works hard despite all the downs with wildcard entries/nominations and also wkv... Hence appreciating his effort here... I don't see him top 3 by far but definitely one of the 3 that can be top 5.
Top 3
Karan - He has played masterfully despite his two weaknesses (culling his own herd) and also Teja ka interaction tends to interfere and hurt more than help his game. However, he has definitely made some very smart moves. to be where he is.
Teja - She does play smartly and also has her dumbo moments along with OTT moments (over the top)... She is benefiting a lot from teaming with Karan.
Umar - He has grown and growing as a player -- excellent journey. His ability to give it back to HMs but also more importantly put his points across to Sallu on wkv (particularly this one) has shown tremendous growth. It's hard to point any negatives for a player that is actually growing as an HM. If he continues this momentum this may v well turn out to be a battle of 2 at the top 2 with him being one of them. He will need to control his aggression for sure and also diction.
Though my reasons might differ, I think my ranking would be the similar if not the same. Ignoring fan bases purely on the game this will be my ranking
Bottom Two:
Neha and Vishal. I have actually pretty much reached my breaking point with both of them. I am DONE. Neha is vile, and the name that contestants gave her is pretty accurate imo. With Vishal I have seen NO growth at all. His idhar se udhar game was out in the open in the second week but he has not evolved. the man is fake to the core. His words hold no value to anyone anymore.
Middle
Shamita. Shamita narrowly missed bottom 2. But at least she has a game. She plays in bhed chaal which is fine, that is her game. She is a lot about I, me and myself which is getting on my nerves at this point. Her image is becoming negative by the day.
Rajiv. I am actually surprised that Rajiv has grown so much on me. I was (unfortunately) prejudiced about him when he first entered, But he has a lot to offer. He unlike a lot others stands up to his rakhi sister, he is witty and entertaining as well.
Nishant. Nishant is smart, but he has been held by back by his friendship for Pratik. Through week 3,4,5 I really wanted him to separate his game from his love for pratik. I think he can be top 5 at the very least.
Top 3
Umar. THE GROWTH! I am pleasantly surprised by how he has evolved. He is doing so much better in this week than he has in the weeks before. I hope he keeps this up.
Tejasswi. I might be a bit partial to her, honestly only started this season for her. I look at her as a complete package. She is cute, funny and can lighten up any moment with her antics. She is also a smart player who puts in effort in every task. she stands up for what she feels is right and is not afraid of people who play in a jhund. She is 'cute' but that doesn't mean she can be walked all over or that she is 'dumb'. Teja has had her ups and downs, there were moments where she might have overdone it but over all I think she is a good player with a lot to offer.
Karan. His graph too has been up and down. First two weeks were fantastic, he fell a little short but now is back! I love how he plays the game, he is intelligent and clear. He is respectful but not someone to be walked all over. The best part is he is very clear about his priority and his game. Absolutely love him. Currently my favourite!!!!

I know I fall in and out with people. Neutrality has that price 🙏🏻🙏🏻 It’s not like Umar was bad or good. For me he wasn’t making it till he was. … I do agree. He is moving up and a clear top 3. Balance the aggression as u said. Which isn’t wild either tbh. Good luck with who you support.
👍🏻

v similar indeed . Now that Shamita is out of house. Would you swap someone in from bottom on the middle or just take her out without replacement ?
I agree with most of your points… as you said yourself. Some small differences. But v similar results indeed.

As of now I would leave her space empty unless someone really ups their game.
All I care about is Umar... And he's playing well right now. I just hope.his growth as a player continues big time... All I hope is he needs to work on his aggression and to not trust anyone in the house easily...
P.S: though I don't care about other contestants, the Ranking is absolutely perfect.
I am liking Umar, Karan, Teja, Nishant and Vishal more than the rest. Pratik could be a good player but he is too irritating.
Jay doesn't have game but Rajiv does? The biasness is evident.
I'm kinda liking Nishant, now that he has finally decided to play for himself. It took me six weeks to finally grow a tad bit fonder of him 🤣
I'd also like to give Jay a chance, I believe he has all the qualities needed to become a strong contender for the trophy. He just needs to focus on the right things.
Rajiv is entertaining but we both know he'll never win. I do hope he can stay longer and continue to make everyone laugh.
Pratik/Simba/Neha : I'd like to forget they exist. Neha is just white noise at this point, seeing her makes me realise Thanos wasn't that wrong to do what he did. Forgetting of Simba's presence in the show is no hard work, he makes it easier by taking invisible stands for himself. Ignoring Pratik is the hardest because he's always up in everyone's business but I'm mastering that art.
Shamita : Somehow I feel like she has taken a backseat since her bestie and Raquesh entered the house. Her whole arc currently revolves around Umar and for no good reason too. I mean Umar aggressive hain is like her moto at this point.
My favs so far are Karan/Umar and Teja : I don't think they're perfect by any means and still have a a lot of work to do to become winning material but this past week has basically revolved around them.
P. S Vishal pe no comments. He's just vile.
