So the topic of the hour - here’s what I think:

- What Karan did is not acceptable. Irrespective of provocation yaan physical task yaan whatever - it’s quite simply - not done. Pratik wasn’t hurt - but he could’ve been.

- BB should’ve intervened right then IMO, told Karan off and punished him. Followed up with Sallu’s bashing on the weekend.

- Eviction? I think it’s unfair both ways. Is it unfair if Karan doesn’t get evicted for this? Strictly speaking - yes, it is. Is it unfair if he does get evicted for this? Again - yes. Because BB’s precedent is hardly fair in this regard. And even recently - Zee was evicted while Pratik (equally culpable) had not even a slap on the wrist.

- What I don’t get? Teja going so overboard in defending Karan - even he looked borderline embarrassed at her going on and on. She can have her opinion sure - but I don’t know why she went off like that.

What I also don’t get is why Pratik didn’t raise a stink on this - he creates a bawaal over a gaali, and not on this. Weird.

- What I liked - that beyond the initial rugby parallel, Karan did not attempt to defend himself - and seemed to understand ke this is not acceptable. Contrary to popular opinion - I do not believe he was out to hurt Pratik, or is secretly a murderer or some such. I don’t think he’s a bad guy - but he’s gotta watch his impulses. Intention or not - if someone gets hurt, it’s on him.

- I didn’t expect it - but Jay made sense too - though he’s also quite the drama queen 😆

- In all such physical altercations the contestants have, BB is the one who should be held accountable for, before anyone else. When you mention in the task letter that BB is not gonna intervene, its like indirectly giving a free hand to contestants to do the task their way. When you say in the task letter that protecting your equipments from the opponents is also part of the task then it implies that opponents are been given the rights to destroy/obstruct the other teams task by snatching parts of the equipment or obstructing the task in some or the other way which inevitably leads to fights and tussles.. so its really double standards and hypocritical of BB to later sound so surprised that fights happened when the tasks are always designed to encourage fights..

- Karan was definitely wrong..and Im sure Salman will call him out for that during WKV. Also because, they have to show that they are fair.. but this is a genuine case.. Good thing is that he immediately realized he was wrong and didn't try to defend his actions even when Jay was charging at him..Because he accepted he was wrong, even Jay calmed down..

-Teja made no sense..I was laughing at her actually and yes Karan looked borderline embarrassed by her defense when he himself had in a way accepted his mistake..that's why tried pulling her inside away from Jay.. but they both were not ready to backdown

-Prateek's reaction was the most interesting.. I realized he chooses his battles.. Im sure if it was Simba, Ishan or Umar or even Jay in Karan's place, he would've pounced on them.. With Karan, maybe he gets intimated because Karan has been his host n mentor in the past.. Even more interesting, is the way he was arguing with Teja..I didn't see the murderous rage in his eyes..he looked amused.

Pratik is keeping the door open for future alliances with Kundra and group. Kal ke behaviour se toh aisa hi laga. This guy over reacted on a gaali and this was ok with him? Can't be possible😆

scientific fact hain. When emotions take over. Blood flow to oxygen reduces. In our sanskaaree putra case. Most of time. Woh sochta hain. Har task ke baareh mein. But sirf Charles sinh raj style. Aur by the time he finishes thinking it was prolly interrupted by 5-10 emotional langs or pangas 😂😂.
