I think this is edited promo.. half part dikhaya.. agar karan shammo ko chunte toh bb alagsa promo daltee unke liye keya hoga ab iss rishte ka ..or if he choose Shamita today over Tejait is definitely just to trigger her or he may want 2 watch Teju's reaction cos karan cleared she is her priority but teja still dint..so it may his plan more to bring out her dil ki baat in juban
