But if you can fathom abuses where fictional characters literally use maa behen gaalis like it's second nature then why are you shocked to hear such gaalis on a reality show at all? Almost every person uses such profanities at some point in their life, so I am not at all surprised with Jay using such gaalis himself either, in fact it's pretty much normal within the house. When we don't complain about fictional characters cursing then why we complaining about real people? Those fictional characters now are also played by living humans no aren't they?
Here's the thing. Fictional characters are good, bad, evil everything but at the end of the day they are fictional characters. If we're watching a gangster movie, that doesn't mean we're supporting them. Real people have everything real. They are not given a script.
I'm not shocked to hear abuses. But that doesn't make it right or acceptable. If someone is not getting offended even after being abused which is related to their mother or sister, then they're giving you that leeway. If someone is actually getting offended, then they have the right to be offended. If you still don't listen, but continue abusing their mother or sister, it shows your character.
People still support these character and these characters actually have fans. Forget fictional characters, people like carryminati and other youtubers who are into roasting others use the same language, I don't see people complaining much about that especially their fans in fact people literally watch them because of their unfiltered content. When you get into a verbal fight with someone these abuses are more or less very common. I have seen people around me use these too, I have seen people who are otherwise also looked up at use such words as if it's nothing, Pratik is literally acting as if he never heard such abuses when he himself used the BC word himself very often. So why is he getting triggered so much? Just because it's his mother getting abused? So it's fine when he abuses another person's sister but he will cry foul if his mother gets abused? This is why I find his reaction unnatural.
Siddharth didn't have more fans over other contestants from the start itself now did he? Asim fans still go around claiming that the finale was rigged and all that nonsense, Siddharth gained fans over time as the show progressed.
Siddharth also didn't have haters when the show started. He gained them as the show progressed. Point is he won because of his fans but that doesn't change the fact that he had plenty of haters as well.
Jay also didn't have many haters when the show started, in fact it's actually Pratik who has a lot of haters from when the show started, even KK literally bitches about him with Jay and Vishal.
Jay to me comes across as someone who is still trying to figure out the game while Pratik's only job is to go around and instigate whoever he feels has a higher fan following. Now given that Pratik can't fathom such abuses then he shouldn't be in the show to begin with.
I don't get this. Why should Pratik not be in the show? He's here to show his personality and if his personality is that he can't hear anything against his mother so be it. If tomorrow some contestant says anything about Jay's daughter and he couldn't take it, should he also leave because he couldn't control himself?
Because that is how the show is, he will end having to hear such verbal abuses every now and then, if anyone abuses Jay's daughter it's most likely that Jay would just respond with abuses not resort to violence as I expect him not to unlike what pratik did, also by chance anyone did abuse his daughter then that would actually work in Jay's favor and against whoever abused his daughter because I doubt anyone would target a child or minor without facing the risk of getting their image dragged into the mud.
