Since When is Toast Glutenfree?

Or are they sending special gluten free bread for Shamita? I doubt. Saw her having toast and jam when Umar and Ieshan were fighting outside about nominations. I guess they get that written as a medical condition to at least get some fancy goods sent to them in addition to eating everything else. All these people seem to be faking Gluten allergies when it is a serious issue for people who actually are gluten intolerant which can be life threatening sometimes. In BB 12 too Dipika and Neha would eat bhakris saying they are gluten intolerant and then eat the aate ka sheera every night.

She's been gluten-free since 2017 I think.

But chances are she has gluten-free bread in the house. Don't think she's faking it.

Shamita had not declared herself as gluten intolerant when she had participated in BB season 3....whereas gluten/ lactose intolerance is a medical condition that a person is born with... doesn't develop mid-way on its own.

So based on this article she is not gluten intolerant but has decided to pursue Gluten Free diet. Well in that case, literally everyone (being in show business) would be following some sort of diet in their lives. Someone could be on Keto diet so would they provide that person with extra ghee, butter, cheese and other fats cos that is the main source of energy for a keto diet? Or someone on Paleo would be required to eat one big meal mostly made of animal proteins.

This way everyone will catch up to the scam and have contracts around it. :-)

She became gluten free in 2017. Perhaps her gluten allergies weren’t diagnosed in 2009. I suffer from IBS, my mom had Lupus. Neither of that was detected until much later in life.

Exactly. I'm not a fan of Shamita but celiac and gluten allergy was not so well known even 10-15 years ago. And many people have it and are undiagnosed because the symptoms can be vague

I have recently discovered to be lactose intolerant which I didn’t knew for 20 years of my existence. So it’s possible to discover later in life. I don’t think anyone would fake their medical condition to look cool. Also its not nice to belittle people based on their medical conditions
