You analysed her well.
I've seen her in splitsvilla and didn't like her at all. And i watched bits and pieces of Aceofspace but she was a little bit different there.
During the start, I thought she'll be the same arrogant self-centred person here. But turns out, she actually changed. Her reality show experience did make her a better person or atleast a better contestant.
She got into fights only when she was provoked or targeted. Pratik pointlessly provoked her at every chance he got. And Shamita got on her nerves by trying to boss her around. She was bitching about shamita but who doesn't in the biggboss house? .... Why is that even a point of discussion?
Is that coz they're friends? It was a 3 day old friendship for godsake! And do we have to say sweet words about our friends when we don't like what they do and they repeatedly announce that their stance wouldn't change?..
Is venting out to other friends wrong? I agree that Divya vented for a few hours nonstop with almost everyone in the house .. which was annoying to watch, but if that's wrong, so is what shamita's venting wrong.
Why target her specifically?
Also, it was Raqesh who wanted to make a connection with Divya. And it is the show's format that demanded a connection. Why is Divya blamed for it?
And why is she wrong if she's frustrated and asks if this is splitsvilla or biggboss?
At times, even I'm frustrated to see this connection thing. It is irritating to see connections in BiggBoss. Don't we have Splitsvilla for that kind! Irritating it is. Just make it an individual game na. Then it would be fun to watch.
I'm liking Divya and our secret superstar Zeeshan now. Just didn't expect to like them at all. They're a pleasant surprise this season.
Good points! I agree mostly. I like Divya, not Zeeshan. He's just immature.
Divya unfortunately was blamed when it comes to the Raq-Shamita connection, because she went upto Raqesh first and hinted at him saying 'Ab kisiko mere saath connect nahi hona toh main kya karun' or something...politely teasing and urging him to hit the buzzer after BB made the announcement men having the option to change their partner.
She went up to Raqesh and Raqesh said 'Main kar sakta hoon, but yeh Shamita ka kya hoga?. I naturally connect with you more', to which Divya replied in hindi saying, 'Yes I know that very well. But I cannot openly put my case forward infront of the cameras, because I'll be looked at as a homewrecker'
So she was expecting Raqesh to hit the buzzer and hoped for that, but Zee hit it first owing to his tiffs with Urfi. Cannot also forget the amount of times Raqesh and Divya were seen sitting with each other and talking, hanging out together in the kitchen area, sitting together with other mutual friends. He barely sat with Shamita in the first week, it looked very forced and it still does. So KJo, had pulled that against Divya and Raqesh, because Shamita is KJo's favorite ofcourse..
Unfortunately, Raqesh hasn't seen BB before and isn't familiar with the game I believe. He just planned on winging it and learning. So he doesn't know how it's played and doesn't know, that it's okay to take a stand for yourself or for what's comfortable to you. It's okay to have your own game, to go against the host or popular opinion. Because he's so new to the game/format, he took KJo and Shamita's words as some sort of 'guidance' and started trying to connect with Shamita. Divya was upset with Raqesh and Shamita for this, but more with Shamita for bringing in the cracks in her connection with Raqesh. She's spoken about her disappointment with Nishant and with Shamita herself when Shamita came to resolve the issue between them a couple days ago. Her first question to Shamita was, why did she ask Raqesh not to talk with her (with Divya), to which Shamita lies saying she never prevented him from doing that. But Shamita infact did.
But well now, they're past all this. Divya believes Raq is connecting more with Shamita. I still feel it's forced, but anyway.😆
