It's because it has a different meaning in north before this show I didn't know Nalla was used in this context cause in our region is it usually used for a male to call him impotent. Hence it is treated like a galli up here.

So considering both Abhinav and Rubina are from North India I'm sure they took it in that sense which even I had taken it.
