Both DB and GM are poplar Gopi Bahus. I’ve been part of ITV stans for years. A lot of people love DB’s portrayal over GM’s that’s a fact.

I dont think so. Even till today Gia Manek is more loved. A lot of people till this date want her back and show is long over. I was in year 7 when Saathiya aired, that programme was a big hit in UK. All my aunts and mum watched it and I know devoleena did not match up to Gia. She did good but Gia was more appreciated just because of the way she portrayed Gopi.

I agree. I dont know about India but people my age in UK only remember Gia Manek because of scenes like laptop 😆

Sorry but Shakti topped the charts for several weeks. Rubina's popularity might not be at par with Gopi bahu's but she grabbed eyeballs as she played the role of a transgender in a show. Before that she did Choti Bahu, which changed the definition of early evening and made it prime time.

In international BB (only in India we have useless celebrities) people from all walks of life come to show does not mean BB is a career or BB adds to their career.

BB is an entertainment show, of course contestants on it are its employees. There is a reason why BB bas doctors and rules on the show, because they as employers owe a duty to the contestants.

There are celebrity versions of BB in other countries too.

It's like saying Madhuri is jobless for hosting a dance show. No she is not. She is a judge on that show and maybe she isnt doing movies like she used to but she still is working. Giving your hours to a show is no small deal.

Ruby is overall more popular than Devoleena. And I believed this way before BB14.

Sanaya ain’t top actress lmao she never was. Her last hit show was IPPKND and her last itv show was in 2014.

JW debuted in 1995 as child artist and got her first role as lead in 2004 just 4 years after Sakshi. So she’s very senior as well in terms of work.

Neither is Rahul Vaidya so by that logic y’all shouldn’t compare his popularity with Rubina.

It’s one thing to have opinion but to believe it’s not possible when your paradigm is limited to family member is kinda wrong IMO. My family members loved Gia’s portrayal more but it’s Devoleena’s performance that’s widely loved. Or else they would’ve replaced her.

And i only know gopi bahu because of that laptop scene - which devo isnt even in...as she joined later hence imo Rubina is more popular
