Guru Chela in this context would have been more of a relation where the Guru keeps on giving orders and chela does it without thinking only to "please" his guru so that he keeps his faith in him.

Whereas I have always seen Aly and Rahul discussing and strategizing together, and haven't seen dominance from either side to "accept" without giving self thought to it! Just like Rahul supported Aly in captaincy, so did Aly tried to put Rahul in captain's place. An ideal "guru" would have never opted to make the "chela" captain but would have himself being interested to be the captain😆

On topic - I adore this bond to be the only genuine friendship in the season and together they're a strong team😎

Give me just one example of where Aly dominated Rahul or disrespected him, and I’ll agree to your point.

Whereas, I can give multiple instances where Rahul , actually didn’t listen to Aly.

* in the box task, as a samchalak, he chose Kavitha over Jas, despite of Aly’s veiled threats. Ofcourse, the fruity couple did try to instigate Aly aganist Rahul, but as like their every other plan, it was a superflop🤪

* During the “authoritative “ argument with Ruby, when Rahul exposed Jas’s lies in the shark task, Aly jumped in to try to salvage the situation between Ruby and Jas, but Rahul shut him up and accused Aly of being influenced by the couple.
