Why is Nikki entertaining catcalling and weird behavior?

Since the start of the show, she has been entertaining pathetic behaviour from the crass Shukla and Rahul. Crass Shukla got into a weird position with him and in that episode where he was trying to flirt disgustingly with her by saying something like laal kapde waali or sth and now she is entertaining bakwaas catcalling from Rahul even though it's visibly clear that she's not comfortable with that
