I may be reading too much into this, but I have a feeling that Sid let Sana post that picture and himself posted that picture to give something to the audience before they lash out at Sana. Maybe he did it all to protect her.

If he didn't officially post anything, the fans would have bashed Sana left, right and centre based on Balraaj segment and GG scenario. Especially hardcore SidHearts.
