This is exactly the act I fell for on the premiere and first week - I super liked him, and thought yay - finally a frontrunner I can root for. Now the act is back - but now I know better.

Shukla is back to being his public persona now that the show is over. He always used to come across as someone very witty and polished and well educated and well groomed.

This is how he used to appear in the interviews while there have always been rumours/news about his high handed behaviour on sets, tantrums and not to mention problems with his leading ladies and colleagues. Not just on his last fiction show but also from the sets of his most successful show/Colors channel's most biggest show Balika Vadhu.

I watched this season regularly because I wanted to find for myself whether the news about his behaviour are true or not. Now I know they are 200 percent true.

Anyways good luck to him and whoever hires him for their show.

I wonder how easy it is to throw this lame justification around, as every defense of Shukla has been along the same lines- Sab ki galti hai, sab ek jaise hai, nobody's perfect!.

True that I did not expect saints to grace my screen when I tuned it to this show. But I have also never seen such a well loved contestant revealing a side of him that managed to stomp on all those previous notions and rouse a different kind of feeling all together-Disgust.

Thanks for you concern. I slept pretty well and dreamt of Shukla miraculously turning into a nice person. Pretty ole delusional me!
