I don't care what kind of relationship they have but to answer your question, Sid seems have something that attracts women. Just look at Aarti and Sana. Both get insulted by him daily but still goes back to him. He even manhandled Sana but she still goes back to him. So if Manisha has a thing for him, I won't be surprised. In Rashmi's place, I would never talk to him but she is cordial to him now.

A sorted girl like the entire forum says about Akansha, she also let go a lot of things about Paras before finally breaking up.
