With his narcissist behaviour, invading her private space despite her telling him off and sacrcasms...so she is giving it back by sarcasm. She is feeling stronger to counter the bullying behaviour by chukka with the presence of Devo

No matter what for some reason she has a connection with Devo that gives her strength

What I'm seeing here is her efforts to make him eat that halwa, so that she can be sure that he's not of the opinion that he got typhoid coz of her food which his fans are stupidly claiming. Even here i dont see her flirting with him or anything. It's more of a strict teacher kinda behaviour. And I definitely don't see her trying to mend any bridges here.
