Narcissistic? No. I love it when people try to play Psychologist by the way, it's my favorite thing to laugh at. Thank you for entertaining me. Now the things you've listed, you pulled out a few things that seem to match because of your own dislike towards her.
Need for attention/Admiration- The need for attention is because of the lack of attention she got during childhood. Being shipped off to your relatives and then hostels to go to school & being forced to be away from your family must've taken it's toll on her.

Manipulative- Not a chance in fact I find her to be more impulsive than manipulative. She doesn't think before speaking most times and says the first thing in her mind. She's also very emotional it seems but you cannot hold that against her to call her manipulative. In fact Paras & Sid are 100% more manipulative than Shehnaaz.

Lack of Empathy/Self centered- Staying up all night to take care of someone who has thyroid, offering food to those who didn't get food from their families, trying to support Sid no matter (despite the way he treats her), consoling other, yes seems to be a real lack of Empathy here.
Difficulty taking feedback- Bro come on she's been getting bashed left right and center by Salman lately. Also have you heard some of the things people have said about her? Paras, Rashami, Sid...everyone at one point and she never made a mudda out of it. She doesn't take things she thinks are b-s like the jealous thing. So feedback/Criticism for the post part she's handled okay not making a big scene of things like character assassination and that's not even feedback.
Easily wounded- Refer to the feedback thing. Character assassination left and right but no over the top mudda about it like Arti.

Now, are you done? If you have that big of a joy to play psychologist go become a psych major. Just because you dislike someone doesn't mean you can throw mental health tags on them to make them look bad. Mental health is a real issue and the way you're treating it, using it as a weapon is disgusting. It's clear Shehnaaz may suffer from other things like anxiety. Don't even use mental health to paint someone in a bad light I don't care how much you hate them.
