I'm sorry... but birthdays have come and gone of other housemates in every season, regardless of the trauma they have experienced in and out of the show. I don't see any reason for Sana to get extra preferential treatment. Plus, I don't think Gautam or Kartik would be comfortable coming back if she behaves the same way with them.
