Life isnt that simple.If it was,then Harvey Weinstein would be chuckling.The line between consent, undue influence,coercion,blackmail is very thin.Capturing the act on video doesnt say if it was consensual.What went behind the act is far more important.

Who has what evidence is a matter of conjecture.

Even if it was all consensual the girl can make life hell for Sid.He cannot have a love child and live peacefully.
