i would like to point some:
1)Shukla is good in tasks, strategies well. His team mostly ends up winning the majority of tasks.
2) He is good looking, looks really handsome in wkw episodes and whenever he is in pants. I personally dont like him in shorts. His moments with guests are good to watch.
3) His relationships with different people are very strong.....like with asim, shehnaz, and rashmi.......you can feel the connect to these relationships as an audience. It affects viewers.....there are people like mahi who madly love sidnaz.....people like me who madly love SidSim.......people like sidra fans who love SidRa.
4) He gives good advises to people ......like asking mahira paras not to leave their duties, telling paras in the starting of season when he wished to listen i love you from shehnaz and when she dint said nominated her, sid said ki woh dekh joh woh dikha rahi hain....she is showing she loves you......and recently to paras ki yeh ladka ladki waali bakwas mat kiya kar. Majority of his advice have been good throughout the season.
5) He stays with people who are friends with him.......hamesha unhe bachayega.......saath leke chalega. Aga woh down hote......toh unhe ek bade bhai ki tarah samjhayega.
6)He tries to finish off unnecessary fights........like once bhau and vishal were fighting on aap and tu and he explained to them.......ki mumbai mein log tu kahe normal hota hain.........but up mein log aap kehte hain.......or going and bringing cup for sana in yesterday episode or trying to divert her attention by doing her tarif...so that the fight ends.
7) He is a very fair sanchalak......jab bhi woh sanchalak bana...i have felt that.
8) He appreciates others when they do good at times.........liked clapped for asim in secret room.....like will clap for asim whole heartedly today.
9) Acknowledges other's contribution even if he is in loggerheads with them......he gave asim the king title (this bigboss_tak told, it was cut from episode), and vishal the wajir title even when he was not in good terms with him.........he took asim name for 15 minutes and also said this task tells nothing because its impossible asim paras na ho episode mein.
10) He doesnt considers ki fights mein di gayi gaaliyan koi mean karta hain.....and doesnt hold grudges for that.
11) He is very good at one liners.......his one liners make me laugh.
12) He never interferes in fights unless its about him being brought in......he interferes to end them if he does.......like the whole kitchen fight happening from days or when paras asim fought....he silently listened and explained his points calmly to paras later that how he went wrong in that. There are many fights throughout season.....woh doosro ki fights mein ghusta nahi hain.
13) He tries to do comedy too........at times it works.....at times it doesnt.
14) He is very good at keeping his points.
aur bhi honge i am sure .......but these are some for now.

He is not afraid to be alone.
He is not for camera.
He wears what he likes, not for showing off.
He could have changed his behaviour and could have faked very easily. But he still does what he wants. Not just to please audience.
He trusts the audience, and he will never cry that audience didn't like "sob sob crying".
