Why are people justifying it?

I am honestly baffled, i dont understand, why are they (On this forum and other SM sites) justifying this by saying isse pehle ka dekho, kya dekhe? that sana was slapping, hitting, and irritating him? That sana uttered rashmis name in the same breath as him?

Yes she was wrong, but (again i am reiterating) but she didnt make shukla bend his legs, climb on her, take his hands and make his hands twist hers and choke herself. Shukla did all that on his own accord, a man who is 40, 6 ft or so, huge, decided that its okay to twist and choke a girl 10 years younger because equality hai bhai!

Dont justify violence. Its unacceptable. Its atrocious. Its degrading. Its degrading to women and to men who are doing their bit to make things right everywhere else. .

And dont call it nok jhonk. Romance and all that crap. Its filth. Not love. And if you think its okay, its time to introspect, will you be okay if this happens to you!

And btw dont say its bdsm as well. Bdsm is a culture which is very respectful to their partners, there are rules, there are limits laid in place.

Dont say that its sexual frustration, puneesh and bandagi entered the washroom. These two can too. I respect those guys for their decision, they were way more respectful.

Aur dosti hai ye to mat hi bolna, throughout my schools, graduation, PG, work and many many many friends of all genders, no one behaved this way ever!

I stopped watching the episode mid way, didn't see what shahnaaz threaten Sid with rashmi name. Can you please tell what sana said about rashmi, if you donot mind

Because they are really immature. Who can not understand that feminism is about equality of opportunity. And not about doing violence against each other and specially they don't understand that a man hitting a woman and a woman hitting man is not same.

They don't even know what healthy friendship and relationship looks like. They’re justifying it on the basis of - she was violent too, and apparently yeh chalta hain between them two. If so - apne ghar pe karo, with appropriate consent agreed amongst themselves.

What they did yesterday - particularly Shukla holding down a woman thus, and threatening her - and the fact that the channel showed it and decided to promote it as “cute” - is normalizing and romanticising violence. And that is not even ok in any shape or form, let alone being “cute”. Because this behaviour, it being aired, and promoted thus - ensues that a huge impressionable section of the viewership only sees and believes how “cute” and how ok it is - and not the fine print.

I’ve long given up on fans being able to see this point, or any point really that goes against the idols - but the channel has lost its marbles.

Just because she is bholli doesn't mean that she deserves it. She could be counselled through correct channels that what Shukla is doing with her is not right. From what it looks like, she comes from a very conservative and male-dominated family because her idiot father and brother support Thukla as well.

It was ridiculous to watch. Can't justify either of them.

And the irony was Vishal taking a stand for Madhu's violence while at the same time you have something else on another level going on between 2 other people in the house. If BB removed Madhu, both Sid and Shehnaz should have been out too, that's why BB took Vishal so lightly and gave them time to reach a decision instead of kicking Madhu out then and there.

This season is making a fool out of the show and us.
