I’m a viewer too and my choice is not Asim, Just like yours is not any other contestant. Twitter trend does not count actually it has lost its credibility a long back.

They were ridiculing fluctuations yesterday. Look at the fluctuations today . Huge. Twitter will bring in filters and checks always.

For everyone saying it hasn’t crossed 3 million.

Ps. I’m not boasting about the trend, just wanted to prove my point.

Well mainly why trends fluctuate!

1. Multiple hashtags used in one tweet.
2. different hashtags in one tweet.
3. use of emojis

4. Tweets of people will less than 50 followers and when they’re retweeted they count as Bots and reverse trends.
5. spamming trends and reporting them.

It happens to both Sid and Asim trends as a lot of newbies join twitter and a lot of fans create multiple IDs without followers.

But fluctuations here isn't as huge! Yesterday toh Shukla trend had fluctuations of huge tweets. It went from 2.9M to 1.7M (lowest I had seen), I have yet to see such drop with Asim's trends!

Percentage of up and down Ofc happens for the reasons you mentioned but just becoz this trend fluctuated a bit isn't going to make me believe that Shukla doesn't have bots and PR! Of he does while Asim doesn't have that kinda power or reach to hire big guns!

Asim's trend is still a lot more credible than Shukla IMHO!

From 2.91 mn it went down to 675k . That is the lowest I have ever seen.

But again I will say it happens with bug trends always as all PRS spam ,use bot. ALL .

I saw it for myself and on Instagram there are many screen shots.

Right now on my screen it is 2.58 mn.

Another sid trend is 1.68 mn
