Because those with love in their hearts believe in the classic romantic notions of a bully being tamed by a woman worthy of his respect (all others are free real estate apparently).
They have the power to scrutinize the smallest action of the individual, when its positive, and deliberately overlook all those flaws which undermine his 'nice guy' personality. Especially when there is hardly any good attributes to croon about.
This is what we need in the world today to make it a better place. Some love and some kind hearted but misunderstood heroes like Shukla⭐️
