Why does sid treat shehnaaz like this

I just started watching the show frm the episode where sid comes back frm illness or something ...ok so i did not have a clue who r the contestants then i read up n then watched some undekha stuffs n read some tweets

But i am so confused ...i thought shehnaaz loves sid ..then the next episode she was like paras paras...and now yest i saw sid was saying go away to her n being rude..

Why is sid treating her like this ? Also i wanna ask is the arhan rashmi thing genuine

Koi bataao na pls chal kya raha hai sidnaaz i saw a lot of this hashtag on you tube n twitter .she is cute n real so what is sid s problem ??
