They brought in Mahi who is supposed to be Rashmis friend...to say nice things about Shukla so that the audience would think " Arre..yeh toh Rashmi ki friend ho kar Shukla ko support kar rahi hai..matlab kahin na kahin Rashmi shukla ko lekar galat hi hai ". Its subtle brainwashing.

LOL why didnt Shuklas family come? Because they are ashamed. Im guessing they are decent people who ended up raising a spoilt brat and now they dont know what to do with him. That poor mother of his...I feel bad for her. Imagine having to cook and clean for him all day
