At this point Rashmi seems to be the only one who is not being a bully or a coward, and still has somewhat chances of making it to the top. She needs a good confidence boost though.

Agree with you TM. Rashmi's biggest problem is trusting too much. She is so naive she doesn't knows how to utilize this situation in her favour though it's not her fault entirely. The feedbacks given to her are misleading and she is never praised for anything and is picked on even for the smallest matter on WKV, all these are making her more & more confused.

She just needs a confidence boost and she will rock it. ❤️

She should just continue being herself . That is all.
