I think you are reading too much into psychie. May be Shukla was looking at her and the moment she looked that side, he made that action. Since he was the first to act. So then she responded.

Video seems a bit blurry, so can't see the hand gestures clearly. Movements seems similar to that of Moutza, but I can be wrong as video is not clear and state of palm is not evident
