As much as I never understood the favouritism by the channel or the production, may be, because ethics matters more to make then money-making (which is why I'd suck at business if I were to ever start one 😆), BB tried his hardest to push both the rivalry and friendship angle so hard. He perhaps expected them to either become enemies of the highest order or pull off a friendship with a tadka of nok-jhok and a bit of showmance. You know, kinda like dushmani aisi ke log dekhte reh jaye ya dosti aisi ke misaal ban jaye. But both Shukla and Rashmi couldn't pull off either of the narratives.

They tried to fake it initially. That they were on friendly terms. Especially Rashmi. But after the first fight over roti they stopped cause kitna kaun pretend karega? I still think, Rashmi expected Shukla to cater to her whims on the show given their history (professional) but when that didn't happen it became one sided with Shukla seeming to hold all the cards and Rashmi's high handedness costing her. Aarti ka toh ....

Reeks of Channel's meddling. And since Rashmi was being paid a truckload, if not Shukla....Arhaan se toh TRP nikalenge hi. Business hain boss. Aise thodi jaane denge.

Am curious about Poonawala. Suna Hain Rashmi se bhi zyaada pay kar rahe hain isko. Kya karega dekhna padega.

I feel like it’s Shukla’s unless he does some big kaand and loses it for himself. (So Rashmi does have a slim chance lol). So far he’s taken on the feedback and is keeping quite a low profile.

But Rashmi spoils it for herself 😆 She had such an opportunity when Arti accused her. She should’ve been succinct and said “I’ve got better things to do than spread rumours about you. How dare you accuse me like this on national tv, who do you think you are?”

Instead she started fearing what Shukla would say. 🤔 Maha stupid and disadvantageous outburst.
